Cancel Policy User Default Rule

Cancel after 17:00 one day before the use date, and deduct 100% of the user's order amount as the merchant's loss fee
If the necessary expenses deducted according to the above agreed proportion are lower than the actual expenses, the user shall pay according to the actual expenses, but shall not exceed the total amount of the order.

Merchant default rules
After the reservation is successful, if the order is cancelled due to the merchant's reason, in addition to full refund, the user should also be paid liquidated damages (except for force majeure). The standards are as follows:
If it is cancelled before 17:00 (inclusive) one day before the use date, in addition to full refund, 50% of the order amount shall also be paid to the user as the user loss fee
If it is cancelled after 17:00 one day before the use date, in addition to full refund, 100% of the order amount shall be paid to the user as the user loss fee
If the liquidated damages paid according to the above agreed proportion are not enough to compensate the actual loss of the user, the merchant shall compensate the user according to the actual loss.
