The payment base of basic medical insurance for employees in 2021 was uniformly calculated by using the average salary of 69832 yuan (5819 yuan/month) of employees of all caliber urban units in the region in the previous year.According to the spirit of relevant documents of the autonomous region, the minimum payment base of basic medical insurance (including maternity insurance) and long-term care insurance for employees of Nanning employers in 2021 is 3491.4 yuan/month (60% of the average monthly salary of the full range), and the maximum payment base is 17457 yuan/month (300% of the average monthly salary of the full range).
In terms of basic medical insurance (including maternity insurance) for employees, according to the current relevant policies and regulations of Nanning City, if the payment base declared by the employer is higher than 60% of the full caliber monthly average salary, the actual salary shall be the payment base, and the maximum payment base shall not exceed the upper limit of the payment base, namely 17457 yuan.If the declared payment base is lower than 60% of the full caliber monthly average wage, the lower limit of the payment base shall be taken as the standard, i.e. 3491.4 yuan.The payment base of flexible employees in Nanning is adjusted to 3491.4 yuan/month, and the monthly payment amount is 279.31 yuan/month (payment ratio is 8%).
In terms of long-term care insurance, the payment base of long-term care insurance for in-service employees of the employer is consistent with the payment base of basic medical insurance for employees, with a unit payment ratio of 0.15% and an individual payment ratio of 0.15%;For the employees who have enjoyed the retirement benefits of basic medical insurance for employees, the payment base is the individual basic pension or pension of the previous year or the current year, and the individual contribution ratio is 0.15%.The payment base of long-term care insurance for flexible employees who do not enjoy retirement benefits is adjusted to 3491.4 yuan/month, and the monthly payment amount is 10.47 yuan/month (payment ratio is 0.3%);The long-term care insurance contribution base of the flexible employment insured who enjoy retirement benefits is based on the personal basic pension or pension of the year above (the retirees of the year take the personal basic pension or pension of the month when they receive retirement benefits as reference), and the contribution ratio is 0.15% of the full caliber monthly average wage.
It is understood that from November 2021, Nanning City will check and ratify the payment amount of basic medical insurance (including maternity insurance) and long-term care insurance for employees according to the new payment base, and adjust the difference of payment base from January to October 2021 simultaneously. All employers need not declare separately.Flexible employees who participate in the basic medical insurance for employees in Nanning can pay according to the payment channel of the tax department.
