Every year, the spring breeze rises, and now it is warm. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the Spring Breeze Action held by the country. In the face of the spring wave, trade unions at all levels throughout the region, centering on the decision and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to "stabilize employment, ensure employment, and promote development", adhere to integrating the awareness of building a strong Chinese national community into the main responsibility. In combination with the action arrangement of the Federation's "trade unions to help employment", work together from top to bottom, and work together at the same frequency, and come up with real moves, Actively carry out online and offline employment service activities, make every effort to promote the expansion, quality improvement and upgrading of the labor union's employment service work in our district, create a good environment for employment and entrepreneurship, implement the "six projects" to complete the "five major tasks", and contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of our district. Up to now, trade unions at all levels in the district have held 344 recruitment activities, organized more than 9500 enterprises to provide 175100 employment demands and 83400 employment services.
 
   "Spring Breeze" is strong in job sending, employment and recruitment
 
In order to actively assist the Party Committee and the government of the autonomous region to do a good job in the employment work during the peak period of workers' turnover and the critical period of enterprises' resumption of work and production before and after the Spring Festival, the Federation of Trade Unions of the autonomous region organized trade unions at all levels of the region to continue to work in stabilizing and expanding jobs, linking supply and demand, regional linkage, dual line integration, and precision services, and to meet the needs of employees' employment and entrepreneurship, to achieve weekly activities, Service is available every day, and efforts are made to create an online and offline "employment matrix", so that workers and enterprises feel a strong sense of "spring".
 
   Rely on the "small post station" to help employment and entrepreneurship "improve people's livelihood". On March 2, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region held a special job double election meeting for farmers and herdsmen in the 2024 Spring Breeze Action and the Employment Assistance Season of the Inner Mongolia Federation of Trade Unions at the Ulanqab Migrant Workers' Home in Hohhot. The job fair was very hot and crowded, with orderly recruitment booths and eye-catching job demand tables. Major enterprises showed signs one after another and actively communicated with each other to start the "talent grabbing" mode; Job seekers shuttled among them and interacted with employees of recruitment enterprises to talk about work content, professional requirements, benefits and other issues from time to time. A total of 23 counterpart enterprises entered the site for recruitment in this activity, providing 135 jobs for service industry, production operation, front-line technicians, etc., and recruiting more than 800 people. 237 job seekers entered the site, 97 resumes were delivered on site, and 32 people reached the initial employment intention.
 
 
On March 30, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region held a special double election meeting for enterprises on the platform of "trade union help employment" of the 2024 Spring Breeze Action and the Employment Assistance Season of the Inner Mongolia Federation of Trade Unions in the Workers' Harbor in the new urban area of Hohhot. At the job fair, the atmosphere was warm and crowded. Many job seekers gathered in front of the enterprise recruitment desk to communicate with the enterprise recruiters, understand the enterprise situation, employment information, salary, working hours, etc., and find suitable positions. There are 25 enterprises in this job fair, including 15 platform enterprises, providing 110 jobs and recruiting more than 1700 people.
 
 
On March 22, Toktor County Federation of Trade Unions held a special job fair of "Spring Breeze Action" in Toktor County in 2024 at the outdoor worker service station of Toktor County Federation of Trade Unions (Toktor County Jockey Market). In the early stage of the activity, employment information was released through the WeChat group of grassroots trade union work in the county, the WeChat public account of the trade union and other platforms, and enterprises and job seekers were launched to participate in online and offline job fairs through multiple channels.    Online recruitment does not stop, and "Spring Wind Action" does not close. Relying on the WeChat public account "Cloud Recruitment" platform of "Inner Mongolia Federation of Trade Unions", the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region serves the employment situation with more information promotion methods, more ports and wider coverage. Since February 21, 12 league and city specific cloud recruitment meetings have been opened for small and medium-sized enterprises to stabilize their posts and retain workers, agricultural and pastoral migrant workers, and "labor union help employment", covering 1070 enterprises in 12 league and city, providing 4219 jobs, and recruiting 27124 people. During the activity, the online recruitment activity received 115000 hits, providing more than 3000 person times of real name services such as employment and entrepreneurship consulting solutions, resume diagnosis and production, psychological and legal consulting, employment information push, and employment invitation, and 3220 people reached initial employment intentions.
 
The trade union of Alxa League, the Human Resources Society and other departments held a special job fair of "Spring Breeze Action" in Bayanhot Stadium in 2024. The activity was carried out in a combination of online and offline. A total of 96 enterprises were mobilized to participate in the recruitment, providing more than 1500 jobs, involving production and manufacturing, real estate construction, commercial logistics, education and training, finance and insurance and other industries. The event also set up a special area for policy publicity, a special area for live broadcast online recruitment, a special area for key groups, a special area for college graduates, a special area for ex servicemen (military) services, a special area for entrepreneurship services, and a special area for enterprise recruitment to provide enterprises and job seekers with policy advice, employment and entrepreneurship guidance, college graduates' employment internships, small and medium-sized enterprise talent reserve registration A number of intimate services, such as the protection of workers' rights and interests, employment assistance, etc., attracted more than 600 job seekers to participate in the event. 4331 people watched the live broadcast, and more than 200 people initially reached employment intentions.
 
The Keshikten Banner Federation of Trade Unions, together with the People's Government of the Banner, the Banner Employment Service Center and other eight units, jointly held the 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" special job fair. The job fair adopts the "online+offline" linkage mode. A total of 54 enterprises conduct on-site recruitment, providing more than 700 jobs, involving accounting, human resource management, catering services, sales, education and other fields. More than 1200 job seekers participated in the on-site job fair, and more than 2000 copies of various recruitment brochures were distributed. At the job fair, most of the job seekers registered and reached a preliminary employment intention with the enterprise. Five people successfully interviewed on site and signed employment agreements, 349 people reached employment intentions, and more than 2600 people were attracted to watch online.
 
The Employment Service Center of Etuokeqian Banner Federation of Trade Unions launched the employment recruitment activity of "Spring Breeze Action Labor Union Help Employment". This activity was carried out online and offline at the same time, and synchronized with the WeChat public account "Cloud Recruitment" platform of "Inner Mongolia Federation of Trade Unions" to better publicize employment policies, and effectively provide targeted employment services for key groups such as transferred and unemployed workers, needy workers and their family members, agricultural and pastoral migrant workers, college graduates, etc. During the activity, 32 recruitment units participated in the activity, providing more than 400 jobs, more than 1000 people came to the site to participate in the application, more than 6000 people watched the live broadcast, and 65 people reached employment intention.
 
   Careful service promotes employment and promotes stable happiness. Gao Yongfu applied for one-on-one accurate post matching service by attending the special job fair for agricultural and pastoral migrant workers held by the Inner Mongolia Federation of Trade Unions. After nearly half a month of tracking and pushing, he finally joined the loading and unloading position of Inner Mongolia Xuri Qianli Service Co., Ltd. to achieve stable employment.
 
 
Liu Jiang, 31 years old, was previously engaged in credit card sales, cosmetics sales, hotel front desk cashier, bath center front desk cashier and other jobs.    "Spring breeze" drives the cloud service

On March 7, as soon as the "2024 Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Season of Inner Mongolia Federation of Trade Unions" series activities were broadcast, job seekers poured into the broadcast room, asking questions about the content they cared about, and the atmosphere of the broadcast room quickly warmed up. Nine days later, the same hot recruitment scene was staged again in the special live broadcast room of Inner Mongolia "Labor Union Helps Employment". The two live broadcasts organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region attracted 37000 viewers in total, and 183 people reached their initial employment intentions and employment services in real time. New recruitment service modes such as "anchor post delivery+enterprise live connection post recommendation" are popular with job seekers.
 
The Ordos Federation of Trade Unions, together with the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Bureau of Retired Soldiers Affairs and the Kangbashi District People's Government, held the 2024 "Spring Breeze Action" and the large-scale special job fair of "Warm Enterprise Job Delivery". In order to provide more employment convenience for job seekers, the job fair held live broadcast job taking activities simultaneously through the Warm News APP and Liepin. com. Live job recruitment is a microcosm of online recruitment carried out by trade unions at all levels in the region. In recent years, in order to ensure continuous employment services and achieve rapid and accurate docking between job seekers and employers, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region has actively created a new service model of "Internet+employment", helping job seekers and employers to achieve "cloud based negotiation" through the network. Relying on the network platform, the live broadcast on post not only solves the problem that offline recruitment of enterprises is limited by time and space, and reduces the cost of job seekers to search for recruitment information, but also has enterprise staff respond to the questions raised by job seekers in real time in the live broadcast room, so that job seekers can better understand the job information and find a clearer direction in employment.
 
   The employment and entrepreneurship micro class will bring employment services from the "fingertip" to the "heart". During the "Spring Wind Action" series of activities, the "Spring Wind Action, accompanied by warm work" industry benefit employment and entrepreneurship micro class was launched on the "Cloud Recruitment" platform of the WeChat official account of the "Inner Mongolia Federation of Trade Unions", with the theme of "policy services are sinking, employment security is delivered to the door", "skill improvement, dream of the future", "ignite entrepreneurial dreams, escort the entrepreneurial road", centering on policy publicity Agricultural and pastoral migrant workers' services, employment skills improvement, entrepreneurship guidance and other contents have been launched in succession, and short videos of micro classes have been launched to popularize employment and entrepreneurship related knowledge, so as to help everyone enjoy all policy services. At the same time, special activities such as Chunfeng Posthouse (accurate service green channel), signing a contract with courtesy, job search and worry relief station were launched to promote employment services in various forms.

Since the launch of the "Spring Wind Action", a series of powerful and effective service measures have been taken by the regional trade unions throughout the "Spring Wind Action", and efforts have been made to achieve a new situation of trade union employment services with support for workers' employment, guaranteed enterprise employment, and improved job seekers' satisfaction.
 
   The trade union employment and entrepreneurship direct train was opened to smooth the "last mile" of employment services. On March 23 and April 3, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region successively carried out two employment and entrepreneurship through train activities, organizing unemployed young workers with entrepreneurial intentions and employment needs, family members of needy workers, unemployed workers and workers in new forms of employment and other passengers to enter the headquarters of the employee entrepreneurship training base, successful project sites of the employee employment and entrepreneurship training base Inner Mongolia Business Travel Live Broadcast E-commerce Base, Dongyuan Group and Jingdong Logistics Supply Chain (Hohhot) Industrial Base, Immersive Punch in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, learn about entrepreneurial projects, experience entrepreneurial atmosphere, field observation, on-site negotiation, zero distance, immersive understanding of the living environment and employment needs of enterprises, visit enterprises and expand posts, and promote rapid and accurate docking of people and posts.    Carry out warm travel for employment and entrepreneurship, and deliver "trade union temperature" with "warm service". In order to accurately grasp the effect and demand of enterprise recruitment, and deeply understand the service effect and employment status of job seekers, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Autonomous Region has created a "circle of friends" for employment recruitment through online and offline visits, carried out labor union employment and entrepreneurship warm trip activities, and shared friendship, demand and future with enterprises and job seekers.
 
Online access is required. The service specialist visited 56 employment enterprises and 112 job seekers by telephone and WeChat, learned about the employment demand and recruitment effect before and after the Spring Festival, and was 98% satisfied with the recruitment activities organized by the labor union. At the same time, we learned the practical problems of large staff turnover and high training costs, listened to the opinions and suggestions of enterprises, and pointed out the direction for employment recruitment services in 2024. For job seekers who have achieved employment through trade union services, the service specialist has a deep understanding of their working environment, salary level and working status. Through a return visit, it is found that 90% of the employed have acquired new skills and growth in the work process, and are very satisfied with their current work. For some job seekers who feel that their work pressure is too high, the service specialist will provide services such as employment pressure counseling, career planning and emotional adjustment during the return visit. Through online follow-up work, we constantly improve the supply and demand connection, understand talent needs, and help enterprises and job seekers achieve "two-way rush".
 
Offline visit and heating. For the unemployed college students who have left school, the employees in difficulties, the children of the families of the employees in difficulties, laid-off workers and other groups served, before the Spring Festival, the service commissioner visited six typical representatives who achieved employment and entrepreneurship through trade union services, walked into their workplaces, learned about the working environment and content, and sent warm gift bags for employment and entrepreneurship, with smiling faces, Each vivid employment and entrepreneurship story tells the warmth brought by the employment and entrepreneurship services of the trade union.
 
   Set up a precision employment service area, and "zero distance" publicity and interpretation of various employment and entrepreneurship policies. On March 29, the Hohhot Federation of Trade Unions and the Hohhot Human Resources and Social Security Bureau jointly held the 2024 Hohhot "Spring Breeze Action - Special Session for New Business" on-site job fair in Hohhot Human Resources Service Industrial Park. At the job fair site, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions set up a service desk to provide the vast number of job seekers with labor union related employment service policies, medical mutual assistance security for employees, legal advice, protection of women's workers' rights and interests and other intimate services, and answer questions for job seekers. More than 100 job seekers were received and consulted on the spot, and more than 500 publicity materials were distributed, such as the Trade Union Law, the Employee Rights Protection Manual, the Employee Medical Mutual Assistance Guarantee Brochure, and the Questions and Answers on the Labor Security Rights and Interests Policies of Workers in New Business, to help job seekers grasp rights protection information and improve their ability to protect their rights according to law, Let job seekers better safeguard their legitimate rights and interests while finding jobs.
