The 48 storey super high-rise project of Tong'an New City Yincheng Zhigu entered the closing stage yesterday

Yesterday morning, the core tube of Building 1 # of Yincheng Zhigu II-3 plot, located at the west side of Binhai West Avenue in Tong'an New City, was successfully capped, marking that the construction of Yincheng Zhigu, a modern industrial park with an investment of nearly 10 billion yuan, has officially entered the final stage, and the project construction of this plot will strive to achieve completion acceptance by the end of this year.

It is reported that Block II-3 is Yincheng Zhigu Phase III Project, with a total construction area of 137000 square meters. Among them, Building 1 # is a 48 storey super high-rise office building, the last super high-rise building under construction in the whole Yincheng Zhigu Park, and the second tallest building in Tong'an District.

The reporter learned that 2023 will be a fruitful year for the construction of Tong'an New City Silver City Smart Valley. A total of 10 completed projects will be completed throughout the year, with a total construction area of 850000 square meters. Among them, the Aegean Shopping Center, which has attracted much attention, has completed the completion filing at the end of December last year, and entered the secondary decoration stage of the store brand, making full preparations for the official opening and operation of this year. By the end of 2023, a total of 1.3 million square meters of new industrial space in Yincheng Smart Valley Park will be fully completed and put into use, providing a broad space for Xiamen to accelerate the development of modern industries, and laying a solid foundation for the introduction of key projects.

Since the formal commencement of construction of Yincheng Smart Valley in 2016, Phase I and Phase II of Yincheng Smart Valley have been completed and put into use successively. The office area of Phase I of Yincheng Smart Valley is about 160000 square meters, and 85% of the investment invitation contracts have been completed; About 50000 square meters of Phase II I-4 plot will enter the market in 2023, and the current proportion of de industrialization is nearly 40%.
