From the perspective of historical debt, as a city with a large population, the problem of insufficient total amount is relatively prominent; From the perspective of population structure change, the planning and construction supporting facilities are not synchronized, and the new demand gap is prominent; From the perspective of regional urban-rural gap, the masses expect more inclusive and fair access; From the perspective of business environment optimization, multi-level demand is still difficult to effectively provide; From the perspective of system innovation exploration, many bottleneck constraints such as construction management, professional talents, staffing and fund raising need to be broken through. At the same time, social security, culture, science and technology, sports, community building, food safety and other fields also need to be further strengthened.
