According to the management of road motor vehicle manufacturers and product access and the Notice of the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Transport on the Preferential Policies for Energy saving New Energy Vehicles and Vessels to Enjoy Vehicle and Vessel Taxes (CS [2018] No. 74) The Announcement of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation on Adjusting the Technical Requirements for Energy saving New Energy Vehicle Products Enjoying Vehicle and Vessel Tax Preferences (No. 2 in 2022) and other relevant requirements are hereby incorporated into the Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products (batch 384) and the Catalogue of Energy saving New Energy Vehicle Models Enjoying Vehicle and Vessel Tax Reduction and Exemption (batch 63) The content to be released shall be publicized and supervised by all sectors of society. A total of 2391 new products were declared by the above enterprises, including 1815 automobile products and 576 motorcycle products. There are 607 models of 210 enterprises applying for new energy vehicle products, including 527 models of 163 pure electric products, 57 models of 32 plug-in hybrid products and 23 models of 15 fuel cell products.
A total of 970 vehicle manufacturers applied for product change and expansion in this batch, including 767 automobile manufacturers, 200 motorcycle manufacturers and 3 tricycle manufacturers. The total number of change and expansion products declared by the above enterprises is 9232, including 8298 automobile products, 884 motorcycle products and 50 tricycle products. In this batch, 15 auto products from 10 auto manufacturers applied for rectification.
