Full network access
Allow the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. Browsers and other applications provide a way to send data to the Internet, so applications can send data to the Internet without this permission.

Allow the app to view the relevant information of WLAN network, such as whether WLAN is enabled and the name of the connected WLAN device.

Allow the app to view information about network connections, such as existing and connected networks.

Allow the app to access the phone functions of the device. This permission allows the app to determine the phone number and device ID, whether it is in call status, and the number dialed.
Access to approximate location information (based on the network)
Allow the app to get your approximate location information. This kind of location information comes from location information services that use network location information sources (such as base stations and WLAN). You must enable these location information services on the device before the app can obtain location information. The app will use these services to determine your approximate location.
Retrieve running apps
Allow the app to retrieve information about recently run and currently running tasks. This permission allows the app to know which apps are used on the device.
Access to exact location information (based on GPS and network)
Allow the app to obtain your precise location information through the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location information sources (such as base stations and WLAN). You must enable these location information services on the device before the app can obtain location information. The app will use such services to determine your location, which may consume more power.

Allow the application to move tasks to the foreground and background. The app may perform this operation without your command.
Enable and disable synchronization
Allow the app to modify the synchronization settings of an account. For example, this permission can be used to enable synchronization between the Contacts app and an account.
Read synchronization statistics
The application is allowed to read the synchronization statistics of an account, including the history of synchronization activities and the amount of synchronization data.

Allows the app to modify global audio settings, such as volume and speakers for output.
Connect to WLAN network and disconnect
Allow the app to establish and disconnect from the WLAN access point, and change the device configuration of the WLAN network.
