forging

According to the design of user requirements, the raw materials are forged into bearing blanks with initial shape through forging process.

Confirm drawing

The forging shall be confirmed by comparing with the drawing to ensure that the size and shape of the forging meet the design requirements.

Lathing

Lathe and other machine tools are used for turning, and bearing blanks are processed into outer and inner rings, rollers, cages and other bearing parts with accurate size and shape.

heat treatment

Heat treatment shall be carried out for finished bearing parts, including quenching and tempering, to improve the hardness, wear resistance and strength of materials.

Hardness test

The hardness of bearing parts after heat treatment shall be tested to ensure that they meet the hardness value required by the design.

Grinding

Grind hardened bearing parts to improve their precision and surface quality. (Including grinding of outer ring, inner ring and roller)

assembling

Assemble the bearing parts after grinding according to the assembly process, including installing the roller between the inner ring and the outer ring, and installing the cage and other parts.

test

Strictly inspect the assembled bearings, check the appearance quality, dimension measurement, bearing friction test, etc., to ensure that the bearings meet the quality standards.

packing

The bearings that pass the inspection shall be packed with appropriate packaging materials to ensure that the bearings are free from damage and convenient for transportation and storage.
