1. Tourist attractions
① The itinerary you signed up for is a rolling cycle of individual tourists. The dates marked on the itinerary are the dates of the scenic spots you visited that day. Please read carefully. The Forbidden City and Chairman Mao Memorial Hall are closed on Monday (national regulations). If our rolling itinerary meets a visit to the Forbidden City on Monday, we will adjust the itinerary according to the situation. If we visit the Forbidden City on other days, we will meet the situation of making up for the Forbidden City, Please understand. However, the Memorial Hall cannot be adjusted due to the fixed point visit. If you want to visit the Memorial Hall, please avoid Monday. The travel time marked in the itinerary is the general time. If there is a difference of about 30 minutes, it is normal!
② If some scenic spots cannot be visited normally due to policy factors during the travel period, the tour guide will refund the tickets at the discount price of the travel agency, and will not bear any other liability for compensation. All fees will not be refunded if the guests leave the group due to their own reasons; According to the relevant regulations, the contract can be suspended, and any problem has nothing to do with our society.
③ Tourists with old age certificate, disability certificate and other certificates need to show relevant certificates to the tour guide in advance. The discount difference generated will be refunded by the tour guide, and the tour guide practitioners will not receive them!
④ The unified refund standard is: if the tourist attractions implement the ticket price in peak season [the square line: 30 yuan/person, the Great Wall line: 20 yuan/person, the Summer Palace line: 15 yuan/person (not for the elderly under 70 years old)], if the tourist attractions implement the ticket price in off season [the square line: 20 yuan/person, the Great Wall line: 15 yuan/person, the Summer Palace line: 10 yuan/person (not for the elderly under 70 years old)] Our society will not explain any more, please understand! (For elderly tourists, the elderly certificate and other relevant certificates should be handed over to the tour guide at the first time when joining the group, otherwise it will be deemed that the guests voluntarily give up the offer)
About self expense:
All shopping and self paid tour activities within the itinerary are based on the principle of voluntary consumption of tourists, without any compulsory consumption.
1. Self paid tour items: tourists voluntarily choose self paid tour items recommended by travel agencies and tour guides. If our agency arranges self paid scenic spots and guests choose not to go, guests are invited to cooperate with the tour guides in the designated free activity places. You are not allowed to go to self funded scenic spots. If you buy self funded scenic spots tickets, you need to make up 50 yuan per person. (Self funded project quotation: including scenic spot tickets+guide clothing+fares)
Self paid tourist attractions and shopping shops: Please tell the guests the names of self paid tourist attractions and shopping shops on each route according to the itinerary of our club, so that the guests have the right to know! When asking the store to accept customers, please do not mislead the customers into not having self paid tourist attractions throughout the journey. If such circumstances lead to complaints, we can handle invalid complaints. If you don't take the boat at Cixi Waterway, please purchase the ticket of the Summer Palace by yourself and the tour guide will reimburse you. Because the water route and the dry route are different, guests need to visit the Summer Palace by themselves or contact the boat guide to find a place to gather and listen to the explanation.
2. Meal: ten people for one table, eight dishes for one soup, (dinner: three dinner breakfast: several breakfast for several nights, all meals are non refundable, and breakfast is a packed simple meal). Beijing meal is for ordinary team, which can only ensure that they are full, but can not guarantee that they are well fed and understand!
3. Housing: When staying in the hotel, the hotel needs to charge a certain deposit (according to different standards of the hotel, 100-300 yuan for each room), which needs to be paid by tourists at the front desk. In case of any damage to hotel articles, loss of room card, etc., the hotel shall compensate for the loss by itself. If there is no damage to articles or other consumption, the deposit will be returned with the deposit slip when checking out. Tourists who want to stay for three or four days should check out early. Business accommodation is an ordinary quasi three hotel, which can only meet your basic needs. The chain hotel is a local chain hotel in Beijing. If you have high requirements for accommodation, we recommend quasi four or higher level accommodation. Our agency does not provide natural single rooms. If there is a single room difference, the guest needs to make up the difference or stay in three rooms (most of the three rooms are family rooms or standard rooms with extra beds) 。
4. Drop off station: Beijing drop off station is an ordinary bus (not all are tourist buses).
5. Guests are required to bring valid ID cards (invalid if expired) when they come to Beijing to join the delegation.
6. Our company will solve the complaints based on the "Feedback Form" filled in by tourists in the local area. Please fill in carefully! We will not accept any subsequent disputes caused by the guest's false filling or failure to fill in the opinion form. Please understand!
7. Tourists who are over 70 years old, in poor health, physically disabled, and have mental health problems should sign a Health Certificate and be accompanied by family members or friends. Due to the limited reception capacity, our agency cannot accept tourists over 75 years old. Please understand.
8. Exemption from liability for force majeure: The travel agency shall not be liable for economic losses caused to tourists due to objective reasons such as force majeure that cannot be attributed to the travel agency or personal reasons of tourists. If force majeure causes such as bad weather, natural disasters, train delays, car jams, etc. cause changes to the team's itinerary, delay, detention or early termination, the travel agency will not be responsible. Any increase or decrease in the expenses incurred will be refunded to the tourists as if the expenses had not occurred, and the excessive expenses will be borne by the tourists.
