Fairy Lake Scenic Spot is a national key scenic spot, located in Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province. It is named for the myth that the "sweater woman" in the Story of Sought the Gods by Gan Bao, a litterateur in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, came to Xinyu County in Yuzhang. The total area of the district is 298 square kilometers, and the total area of the scenic spot is 198 square kilometers, including 50 square kilometers of water area.
