In accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 16 of Order No. 105 of the Ministry of Public Security "Provisions on Procedures for Handling Illegal Acts in Road Traffic Safety", the location of the new fixed traffic technology monitoring equipment in this city is hereby announced.

According to China's road traffic laws and regulations, temporary parking is prohibited within the yellow grid line. However, in reality, it is common for drivers to occupy the yellow grid for temporary parking, which has caused some congestion to local traffic. In response to this situation, the Kunshan Traffic Patrol Police Brigade will implement 24-hour automatic capture of the electronic police Yellow Grid.

Legal basis:

Paragraph 2 of Article 53 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China: When a motor vehicle in front stops and waits in line or drives slowly, it shall queue up in turn, and shall not cross or overtake the vehicle in front, Do not stop and wait in the crosswalk and mesh line area 。

Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and Article 65 of the Road Traffic Safety Regulations of Jiangsu Province“ Stop and wait in the mesh line area when meeting the front motor vehicle parking and waiting in line ”According to the regulations, a fine of 50 yuan will be imposed on temporary parking within the yellow grid line.
