According to the provisions of the relevant circular, the joint report on the annual investment and operation information of foreign-invested enterprises in 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the joint annual report) has begun. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1、 Joint annual report to: All foreign-invested enterprises registered in Kunshan Administration for Industry and Commerce before December 31, 2015 must participate in the 2016 joint annual report of foreign-invested enterprises.
2、 2016 Joint Annual Report Continues to Implement Online Declaration
Joint annual report website: www.lhnb.gov.cn 。
3、 Joint annual report time: two thousand and sixteen year six month two Solstice eight month twelve Day.
4、 Joint Annual Report Address:
（1） Joint Annual Report Window on the second floor of Kunshan Municipal Government Affairs Service Center, No. 219, Qianjin Middle Road, Kunshan City, Tel: 36802063 (other Kunshan foreign-funded enterprises except Kunshan Development Zone).
（2） Joint Annual Report Window of Economic Promotion Bureau, 2nd Floor, West Auxiliary Building, Times Building, No. 369 Qianjin East Road, Kunshan City, Tel: 57333555, 57329416 (only for domestic and foreign enterprises in the development zone).
5、 Joint Annual Report Procedure :
The enterprise joint annual report adopts the online declaration method, and the online declaration is carried out according to the following steps:
（1） Declaring enterprises log on the website of the Joint Annual Report: www.lhnb.gov.cn to make online declaration. Please read Annex 1 carefully before declaration《 Operation Manual for Online Joint Annual Report of Foreign funded Enterprises 》, truthfully and comprehensively fill in the declaration online as required.
(II) After successful online application, Don't wait for each department to approve , direct printing one Copies of the joint annual report, with other materials submitted for inspection.
（3） Fill in the inventory of foreign investment in China.
6、 Joint annual report materials:
1. One original of the printed joint annual report (joint annual report website);
2. Original and duplicate of the approval certificate for foreign-invested enterprises;
3. Copy of duplicate of business license;
4. The original or copy of the 2015 annual enterprise audit report audited by an accounting firm, including the Confirmation Form of Foreign Equity;
5. The original of the capital verification report (the latest issue), and the business license can prove that all funds are in place. The enterprise does not need to provide it.
If the enterprise fails to handle the above certificates due to special reasons, or the enterprise approved at the end of 2015 has not started or started business, and has not issued an audit report, a written explanation must be provided.
All copies must be copied on A4 paper and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise.
7、 Description of requirements for joint annual report of foreign-funded enterprises:
1. In 2016, the joint annual report of foreign-funded enterprises continued to apply online. Registered enterprises can log in according to the original registered user name and password. In 2015, newly established foreign-funded enterprises must apply for the content after online registration. Enterprises must truthfully and comprehensively fill in the application online as required.
2、 Before reporting, enterprises must “ User settings ” Specify the correct competent department in,

3. If an enterprise cannot complete the online declaration independently, it can entrust an accounting firm to fill in the report on its behalf.
4. In order to facilitate enterprises to participate in the annual report, the enterprise registration password can be uniformly set as "11111111". If the enterprise sets other passwords by itself, the enterprise business must remember the password correctly. If the enterprise forgets the password, it can retrieve the password according to the method in the joint annual report system.
5. The enterprise must fill in the contact person and telephone number.
