Build a bridge between government and enterprises to create a brand of service for Taiwan businessmen
"If Taiwan businessmen have something to do, do it right away!" This is a popular saying among Taiwan businessmen in Kunshan. The word "immediately" is not only familiar to Taiwan businessmen, but also has become a business card of Kunshan's excellent investment environment and a brand of efficient government services.
Under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the "Immediate" Service Center is a working organization assigned by the Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, the Municipal Foreign Investment Promotion Service Center and the Enterprise Complaint Handling Center to the Taiwan Association, which is responsible for coordinating and handling the relevant matters between Taiwan funded enterprises, especially Taiwan Association and government departments. In accordance with the purpose of "serving Taiwan businessmen, communicating with government and enterprises, rapid processing, and timely feedback", the Center has continuously enhanced its modern service awareness, optimized service measures, and improved service quality. From its formal establishment in 2006 to the end of June 2013, it coordinated and handled nearly 1500 complaints from various Taiwanese investors, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Taiwanese investors, and was recognized and praised by municipal leaders and Taiwanese investors.
