In the afternoon of September 6, 2016, Yao Linrong, Deputy Mayor of Suzhou City and Secretary of Kunshan Municipal Committee of the CPC, led a delegation to investigate Kunshan Youth Pioneer Park on both sides of Kunshan, accompanied by Chen Liyan, Member of the Standing Committee of Kunshan Municipal Committee and Minister of United Front Work, Yao Weihong, Secretary General of Kunshan Municipal Committee of the CPC, and Zhang Qin, Deputy Director of Kunshan Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office. Zhuo Qiang, the operation director of Fuke China and the general manager of Kunshan, was responsible for receiving and reporting the construction, operation and development of the park.
Secretary Yao Linrong first came to the maker base to listen to Zhuoqiang's report. At present, the mass innovation base has 15 projects, of which Taiwan projects account for more than half. The projects are mainly distributed in Internet+, new energy, new materials, modern agriculture, cultural creativity and other industries. After 3-6 months of incubation, the projects in the mass entrepreneurship base will be selected by the Fuke China operation team to submit to the government science and technology joint conference for review, and then enter the incubation base for accelerated incubation. At present, there are 25 projects that have passed the review, of which Taiwan projects account for 70%. After the introduction of projects, Fuke China also provides full industry chain services such as incubation services, entrepreneurial counseling, entrepreneurial training, maker apartments, and entrepreneurial investment for the settled projects, helping the rapid growth of entrepreneurial projects. After hearing this, Secretary Yao Linrong expressed his deep appreciation for the achievements of the park and the service model of returning to China.
Later, Secretary Yao Linrong went to the middle of the work station and talked cordially with Zhang Xuecheng, an entrepreneur from Taiwan, to learn more about the project and problems encountered in entrepreneurship, encourage them to develop well in the mainland, and attract more Taiwanese youth to start businesses in Kunshan. During the exchange with Zheng Youhan, the person in charge of the project Tradelink from Malaysia, Secretary Yao Linrong watched President Zheng demonstrate the functions and characteristics of the plastic source system on the spot with his mobile phone, saying that the project should be rooted in Kunshan to develop the project well.
At the incubation base, Chen Xinxin, the deputy general manager of the cloud intelligent manufacturing project, introduced the development of the project to Secretary Yao Linrong. She reported that with the support and services of Qingchuang Park and Fuke China, the company has built an e-commerce platform for mold industry chain. At present, nearly 5000 mold enterprises have received services, and the monthly turnover of the platform has exceeded 40 million yuan. This mode of combining local competitive industries with e-commerce platforms was unanimously appreciated by leaders such as Secretary Yao. In the exchange with Lin Yihan, the head of the Coffee Supporting Base of the Youth Pioneer Park, Secretary Yao Linrong asked Mr. Lin about his entrepreneurial experience and project growth from Taiwan to Kunming in detail, and hoped that the coffee base could better serve the young entrepreneurs.
After the survey, Secretary Yao Linrong affirmed the achievements of the park and believed that the construction of the carrier of the park was very meaningful. At the same time, he also made two important instructions: first, we should build the Youth Pioneer Park as an important base for youth innovation and entrepreneurship on both sides of the Taiwan Straits, attract more high-level Taiwanese talents to Kunshan for entrepreneurship and development, create favorable conditions to provide services for Taiwanese talents, and solve the practical problems of Taiwanese talents in the process of entrepreneurship in Kunshan. It is necessary to attract more Taiwan's high-tech projects to settle in Kunshan and settle in the Youth Innovation Park, making it an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation across the Taiwan Straits. Second, we need to foster more e-commerce platform projects that combine Kunshan's manufacturing industry and competitive industries like cloud smart manufacturing, better serve Kunshan's manufacturing industry and Kunshan's competitive industries, encourage enterprises to enhance their innovation capabilities, play a leading role, and lead Kunshan to take the lead in completing the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
