How to retrieve KK account and password
Frequently, some children forget their KK account and password after using the KK video recorder for a period of time. Please refer to the following methods to retrieve them.
Method 1: Retrieve by mobile phone number
If the account is registered through mobile phone number, click to enter Change Password , input the mobile phone number, click "Get verification code", then input the verification code received by the mobile phone, and set a new password. After successful modification, enter the mobile phone number and new password on the KK video recorder to log in.
Method 2: Retrieve through the bound mailbox
If the account is registered by binding the email, click to enter Change Password Enter the KK account/bound email, click "Get Verification Code", then enter the verification code received by the email and set a new password. After the modification is successful, enter the KK account and new password on the KK recorder to log in.
Method 3: Retrieve through Alipay records (only for members)
Open Alipay app and enter My - Bill. If you pay through WeChat, please refer to Method 4: Retrieve through WeChat payment records
Enter the bill interface, click the drop-down button next to the month, and then click Custom Time.
Set the possible transaction time range, and then click OK. Since the time range cannot exceed one year, if you are not sure which year the payment is made, you need to set the start and end time of different years to search multiple times.
After the user-defined time is set, enter "Hangzhou Kaikai Technology" in the search box above to search.
Find the order of [KK account number: * * *] and click to enter the bill details. If it is not found, replace the search time range and search again.
You can find the opened KK account in the bill details, and then continue to retrieve the password through the "Method 2" above, or Contact customer service Find it and provide the following bill screenshot.
Method 4: Retrieve through WeChat payment records (only for members)
Open WeChat and enter [I] - [Service].
Enter [Wallet].
Enter Bill.
Select "Merchant Consumption" as the transaction type, change the search time to the month in which KK members may be purchased, and then drop down the order list to find the [KK Video Recorder] order. If not, modify the month and continue searching.
Enter the [KK Recorder] order, you can find the opened KK account, and then continue to retrieve the password through the previous "Method 2", or Contact customer service Find it and provide the order screenshot below.
