What is an electromagnetic valve? It is an industrial equipment controlled by electromagnetism, an automatic basic element used to control fluid, an actuator, not limited to hydraulic and pneumatic. It is used in industrial control system to adjust the direction, flow, speed and other parameters of medium. The solenoid valve can cooperate with different circuits to achieve the desired control, and the control accuracy and flexibility can be guaranteed. There are many kinds of solenoid valves. Different solenoid valves play a role in different positions of the control system. The most common ones are one-way valves, safety valves, directional control valves, speed regulating valves, etc. Working principle of solenoid valve: there is a closed chamber in it, and there are through holes in different positions. Each hole connects to different oil pipes. In the middle of the chamber is a piston, and two electromagnets are on both sides. The valve body will be attracted to which side when the magnet coil is energized. Different oil drain holes can be opened or closed by controlling the movement of the valve body. The oil inlet hole is normally open, The hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then push the piston of the oil cylinder through the oil pressure. The piston drives the piston rod, which drives the mechanical device. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet. The main categories of solenoid valves are: direct acting solenoid valves, step-by-step direct acting solenoid valves, pilot operated solenoid valves, etc. Selection method of solenoid valve: firstly, the four principles of safety, reliability, applicability and economy should be followed in turn; secondly, the selection should be made according to six aspects of site conditions (i.e. pipeline parameters, fluid parameters, pressure parameters, electrical parameters, action modes and special requirements).
