XXY alignment platform, also known as XY θ (Theta) platform or UVW alignment platform, is specially designed for high-precision alignment equipment. It moves in the XY plane and rotates around the center of the XY plane. We provide eight types of conventional XXY alignment platforms. The repeated positioning accuracy of small size is 2 μ m, and that of large size is 3 μ m. The linear stroke of these models is ± 5 mm, and that of large size is ± 10 mm. In addition, the XXY platform can rotate to ± 3 ° around the center of the XY plane, and the horizontal load is from 15KG to 100KG.
