2、 Research objectives and main contents
Human resources are an important source of the core competitiveness of an organization, an important engine to drive the development of an organization, and the key to achieving the strategic objectives of an organization. Human resource management is an important cornerstone of organizational management. We should scientifically formulate and implement human resource management strategies, establish a complete set of systems and management processes for talent selection, talent development and training, job allocation and division, performance appraisal, communication and guidance, compensation, benefits and incentives, job rotation and promotion, and implement early warning, prevention and resolution plans for human resource management crises, It is an inevitable requirement of human resource management to improve leadership and execution.
Purpose of this training:
(1) Starting from the macro perspective of enterprise strategy, enhance the strategic thinking and strategic ability of entrepreneurs, systematically learn the major modules of human resource management, and intensively cultivate, so that human resources have the ability to support enterprise strategic development and business objectives.
(2) From the perspective of organizational competence, we will deeply explain the design of organizational governance model and power and responsibility system, and improve entrepreneurs' in-depth understanding of organizational competence and organizational development.
(3) From the perspective of management competence, this paper analyzes the qualities and abilities that entrepreneurs should possess, and strengthens the key qualities and abilities of entrepreneurs in leadership, upward management, management communication, management psychology, etc.
(4) Understand the most cutting-edge human resource management theory and best practice, deeply study the development trend of human resource management, and better serve for organizational development and change.
(5) The course includes visits and study tours of well-known enterprises to expand their horizons in practice.

Note: This research is a provincial self funded project, and the training fee of 1100 yuan/person will be charged for individuals, and the accommodation and round-trip transportation fees will be borne by themselves.
