On the eve of July 1, the "Patient Experiential Staff Volunteer Service Improvement Project" submitted by the Department of Work of the Medical Community of Jiaxing First Hospital won the "Best Volunteer Service Project" in the 96345 Volunteer Service Project Venture Capital Competition.

It is reported that since April 2019, Jiaxing First Hospital has launched the "Patient Experiential Staff Voluntary Service Improvement Project", which has lasted for three years and has become a long-term service project integrated into the daily management of the hospital, in order to make the dividend of "running the reform at most once" truly benefit the masses and reduce the "medical trouble" caused by the poor service process in the hospital.

Once the project is established, the Party Committee of the hospital attaches great importance to it, issues a plan, mobilizes the whole hospital, makes service guidelines, improves the training content, includes the bonus item of the target responsibility system assessment of the whole hospital department, and establishes the annual commendation closed-loop working mechanism. The service covers the whole process of medical treatment, including self-help medical guidance, medical escort, admission and exit procedures, etc. In the past three years, the 117 departments of the hospital have participated in 6897 person times, serving 20691 hours, and serving millions of people.

The in-depth development of the project has effectively implemented the purpose of "making medical treatment more satisfactory and Jiaxing more healthy", further improved the medical treatment experience of the masses, enhanced the sense of medical treatment, and helped the construction of healthy Jiaxing.

At the same time, in the competition, the Party Committee of Jiaxing First Hospital was awarded the "Excellent Sub station" by the 96345 Party Volunteer Station, and the hospital led medical and health service team was awarded the "Excellent Service Team".
