The development of high optical purity L-glufosinate is of great significance for pesticide reduction and efficiency enhancement and ecological environment protection. Biological method has the advantages of strict stereoselectivity and mild reaction conditions, which is the most promising technology for the production of L-glufosinate. This project has designed a gas phase route of high optical purity L-glufosinate - a new route of multi enzyme oriented continuous synthesis, and invented the most advanced gas phase continuous synthesis method for cleaner production D, The new process of L-glufosinate has created a multi enzyme oriented synthesis technology, realizing the seamless connection between gas phase continuous chemical synthesis and biosynthesis technology, with highly compatible technology, high optical purity of products, and green and efficient process; A 10000 t/a high optical pure L-glufosinate green manufacturing digital intelligent production line (Phase I) has been built. The proprietary technology of high optical purity L-glufosinate (BioHiPP TM) developed by the project has complete intellectual property rights. The refined glyphosate and glyphosate products are chlorine free and soil friendly. They are promoted and sold in the market under the trade names of "Golden Zidian", "Zidian Qingshuang", etc., and have won unanimous praise from customers, and won the title of best-selling brand of herbicides in the national plant protection market.
