Submit for review -
After confirming the participation intention with the project leader, the exhibitor shall submit the company name, product name and brief introduction, the company's official website, contact person, contact information, etc., and wait for the sponsor qualification review;

Booth quotation -
The project leader shall provide the exhibition invitation letter and specific booth price to the exhibitors;

Floorplan 1. The exhibition has been mapped, and optional booth maps are provided for exhibitors to choose; 2. For the exhibition without drawing, the booth deposit shall be paid 2-3 months in advance to wait for the allocation of position; 3. If the exhibition is in demand, you need to queue up at least 6 months in advance to wait for the location assignment;

Exhibitors shall sign booth contracts with exhibition organizers, which shall come into force after being sealed in duplicate, and pay for the company as agreed in the contract;

The official invoice shall be issued within 7 working days after the end of the exhibition;

After the exhibition, collect the evaluation and feedback of exhibitors on the exhibition, and improve the service;
