ZCQ Self priming Magnetic Pump working principle:
The pump adopts an external mixing axial return pump body structure, which is composed of a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber and other parts. See Figure 1 for the structure. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the residual liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipeline are stirred by the impeller to form a gas mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the speed slows down, the gas water separation is caused. The air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the return hole. After several cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipeline is completely discharged, A certain vacuum degree is formed in the pump to achieve the function of self-priming.
