Huai'an District Successfully Signed a Taiwan funded IC Wafer Semiconductor Project

On the morning of June 10, Huai'an District held a signing ceremony for Taiwan funded IC wafer semiconductor projects. Yan Fu, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Zhu Ya, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Economic Development Zone, Wang Lei, Deputy District Chief, Liao Fujiang, Chairman of Dongguan Jinghui Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Yu Mingjian, General Manager, and others attended the event.  

The IC wafer semiconductor Taiwan funded project is invested and constructed by Dongguan Jinghui Semiconductor Co., Ltd. The total investment in fixed assets of the project is planned to be 228 million dollars (about 1.5 billion yuan), covering a total area of 100 mu, and is planned to be invested and constructed in three phases. The project mainly involves wafer grinding, cutting and packaging. After Phase I is completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve invoiced sales of 300 million yuan.  

Yan Fu congratulated on the successful signing of the project. He said that the IC wafer semiconductor project has come down in one continuous line with the electronic information industry led by Huai'an District, and is highly consistent, adding strong project support to further supplement and strengthen the chain. Dongguan Jinghui Semiconductor Co., Ltd. has been focusing on semiconductor manufacturing for many years, deeply cultivating the industry, striving for perfection, and has a bright development vision. The future of the industry is foreseeable. Huai'an District will take an open attitude, do a good job in project implementation and acceptance, and help the project to blossom and bear fruit at an early date.  

Liao Fujiang said that he really felt the enthusiasm and meticulous service of Huai'an District from field investigation, cooperation negotiation to formal signing. In recent years, the economic and social development of Huai'an District has been accelerated, the business environment has been continuously optimized, and the regional advantages have been continuously improved. Enterprises are confident that they can settle down and develop in Huai'an District. After signing the contract, the company will accelerate the construction progress of the project, strive for early completion and production, help the electronic information industry in Huai'an District become bigger and stronger, and make due contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of Huai'an District.
