In recent years, the city has not only successfully introduced key projects such as Chengxin Semiconductor, Zonghui Core Optics, and Xinli Intelligence, but also introduced important platforms such as Changzhou Branch of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology's Wide Band Semiconductor National Engineering Research Center.

In terms of industrial development, compound semiconductor projects listed in Changzhou's major project library and technical equipment investment library of more than 100 million yuan will be rewarded up to 10 million yuan according to the proportion of equipment investment after completion or production; In the field of compound semiconductor, newly recognized national single champion enterprises or single champion products in manufacturing industry, national specialized and new "little giant" enterprises, provincial "specialized and new" small and medium-sized enterprises will be rewarded with a maximum of 2 million yuan; Compound semiconductor enterprises recognized as unicorn enterprises and potential unicorn enterprises for the first time will be rewarded with up to 2 million yuan and 500000 yuan respectively.
In terms of technological innovation, small and medium-sized technology-based compound semiconductor enterprises and high-tech enterprises with an annual increase of R&D expenses of more than one million yuan will be rewarded with a maximum of one million yuan. In terms of ecological construction, we support the construction of Changzhou New Energy Obstetrics Education Alliance, Longcheng Core Valley, Changzhou Branch of the National Engineering Research Center for Wide Band Semiconductor and other industry, university and research platform carriers. For the compound semiconductor process platform, packaging test platform, reliability testing platform and other industrial collaborative innovation and public service platforms, give financial support of up to 5 million yuan on a selective basis; Encourage terminal manufacturers and integrators in new energy vehicles, smart grids, rail transit and other fields to open up use scenarios, jointly carry out project research, and try out compound semiconductor chip enterprise products and services; The compound semiconductor new technology and new products newly listed in the key promotion and application catalogue of Jiangsu Province in the current year, as well as individual enterprises and excellent demonstration scenarios, will be awarded. Among them, the compound semiconductor excellent demonstration application scenario projects that have been evaluated and recognized will be awarded a maximum of 2 million yuan according to the evaluation results.
In terms of financial empowerment, enterprises in the compound semiconductor field are supported to go public through share reform, especially those that successfully go public for the first time in the mainstream capital markets at home and abroad, and those in the compound semiconductor field enter the list of key backup enterprises on the municipal science and technology innovation board. The amount of reward is up to one million yuan.
