Suqian Introduces "24 Rules" to Support Small and Micro Enterprises

News from our newspaper (reporter Sun Xuhui) On January 2, the "Several Policies and Measures of Suqian City to Support the Development of Small and Micro Enterprises" was released, aiming to comprehensively stimulate the vitality, power and creativity of small and micro enterprises and effectively promote the healthy and high-quality development of small and micro enterprises.

According to the existing foundation and conditions of Suqian City and the new situation and characteristics of the current economic operation, the Several Policies and Measures are optimized, integrated and innovated on the basis of national and provincial policies. Specifically, there are 24 items in five aspects, including promoting fair access, increasing factor support, strengthening fiscal and financial support, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, and optimizing the business environment, involving the whole life cycle of small and micro enterprises.

According to the relevant person in charge of Suqian Development and Reform Commission, the relevant policies and measures are all "dry goods" that can be operated by items, and there are specific responsible units to promote the implementation, targeting to serve small and micro enterprises. It not only has a high "gold content" in factor support, finance and taxation, entrepreneurship and innovation, but also makes it clear that the same kind of policies issued by the state, province and city should be implemented in accordance with the principle of "high without repetition".
