According to the forecast of the meteorological department, from the 26th to the 28th, there will be heavy rain in eastern and southern Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou, eastern and southern Shaanxi, central and southern Shanxi, Henan, Hubei, central and northern Jiangsu and Anhui, eastern and southern Shandong, Hunan, Jiangxi, Guangxi and other places, and heavy rain and local heavy rain in some areas.

The consultation pointed out that the accumulated rainfall during the rainfall process was large, and the local area may have extremely heavy rainfall. The risks of floods, mountain torrents, geological disasters, urban and rural waterlogging, etc. in small and medium-sized rivers in the southwest, Yangtze Huaihe River and other places were high. The path of typhoon "Sula" this year was uncertain, and the situation of flood and typhoon prevention was complex.

The meeting stressed that it is still in the flood season, and the prevention indicators at all levels should not relax in the current work of flood prevention and typhoon prevention. The coastal areas of East China and South China should pay close attention to the development trend of typhoon "Sura" and implement measures to prevent wind and avoid risks; Gansu, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and other places should actively do a good job in combating drought, do everything possible to reduce the impact of drought on industry and agriculture, and resolutely ensure the safety of drinking water for the masses.
