In order to standardize major administrative decision-making procedures and promote scientific and democratic decision-making according to law, the General Office of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government has prepared the Catalogue of Major Administrative Decisions of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government in 2024 in accordance with the Interim Regulations on Major Administrative Decision Making Procedures, the Measures for the Implementation of Major Administrative Decision Making Procedures of Jiangsu Province, the Measures for the Administration of the Catalogue of Major Administrative Decisions of Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and other provisions. With the consent of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, it is hereby printed and distributed to you, and the relevant work is notified as follows:

1、 The undertaking unit of decision-making matters should carefully organize the implementation, implement the division of responsibilities, grasp the time node, and strictly implement the legal procedures such as public participation, expert argumentation, risk assessment, legitimacy review, and collective discussion and decision. When the undertaking unit submits the draft decision to the executive meeting of the provincial government for collective discussion, it shall report the implementation of major administrative decision-making procedures.

2、 The catalogue of major administrative decision-making matters shall be subject to dynamic management. According to the key tasks determined by the provincial party committee and the provincial government, if it is really necessary to add or adjust, the undertaking unit of decision-making matters shall handle it according to the relevant procedures.

3、 The General Office of the Provincial People's Government will strengthen supervision and inspection of work related to major administrative decision-making matters.
