4、 Description;

The agents collect brand usage fees and Hanbo Company collects market management improvement/increase fees. The market management implements the manufacturer's joint management system under the company's unified agency system. The annual sales task of regional agents is 800000 yuan, the year-end discount for the completion of the task is 5%, and the annual expansion task of franchise stores is 20 stores/year. The subsidy for star level stores shall be borne by our company 。
Special instructions; 1. Brand usage fee; When the task is completed, it will be automatically transferred to the next year for use. If the task is not completed, it will be collected again.
