4. Negotiation between both parties: both parties reach a cooperation intention. 12. Opening plan: do a good job of opening activities and promotion plans, display goods under the guidance of the headquarters according to the Product Display Standards, or apply for the headquarters to send a commissioner to the location for opening display guidance.
