1) Business License (listing the business items required for hotel operation, which must include the business scope of accommodation, catering, retail and other businesses); 2) Tax Registration Certificate; 3) Organization Code Certificate; 4) Social insurance registration certificate, social insurance payment card, comprehensive insurance account opening, provident fund remittance account opening; 5) Certificate of Fire Safety Inspection before Putting Public Gathering Places into Use and Business Operation (or the approval of the fire bureau for opening); 6) Special Industry License; 7) Foreign related Official Reply (if it is necessary to operate foreign related long-term private room rental business); 8) Public Place Hygiene License (the name shall be subject to the certificate issued by the local government); 9) Catering Service License and Catering Circulation License (the name shall be subject to the certificate issued by the local government); 10) EIA report; 11) The license required by the local government authorities where the hotel is located.
