Commissioning steps and precautions of winch hoist are as follows:
1. It is required that the operator of the hoist must master the structure, performance and operation method of the hoist, and have some mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine. It is required that when the hoist has no load, the * * * three-phase current imbalance shall not exceed plus or minus 10%, and the current value shall be measured.
2. After the hoist is installed, the trial run must be carried out. Once the no-load test is carried out, the screw shall be allowed to make two strokes to hear whether there is any abnormal sound and check whether the installation meets the technical requirements. Second, carry out a load test. Under the rated load, make two strokes to observe the operation of the screw and the gate for abnormalities. Formal operation can be started after confirmation. If the machine is being serviced, the load must be removed.
Hoists can be classified according to different characteristics:
① According to operating power, it can be divided into human power, electric power and hydraulic power.
② According to the power transmission mode, it can be divided into mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission. Mechanical transmission is divided into belt transmission, chain transmission, gear transmission and combined transmission. Hydraulic transmission can be divided into hydraulic transmission and hydraulic transmission.
③ According to the installation condition of the hoist, it can be divided into fixed type and mobile type. The hoist is often named according to this classification.
④ According to the connection mode of gate and hoist, it can be divided into flexible, rigid and semi-rigid connections.
⑤ It is divided into plane gate hoist, radial gate hoist and miter gate operating machinery according to the characteristics of the gate. It is also customary to name gate operating equipment according to its comprehensive characteristics, such as screw hoists, chain hoists, winch hoists, hydraulic hoists, trolley hoists, portal hoists (cranes), etc.
