The sprocket shaft is assembled on the head frame of the head transmission part. The tooth profile is formed by NC machining. Tooth surface quenching treatment. The inner hole is an involute spline, which is assembled with the shaft. The power is transmitted from the reducer through the sprocket shaft to the sprocket spline, so that the sprocket drives the scraper chain to run. The sprocket shaft assembly can be disassembled as a whole for easy maintenance. The sprocket shaft group is centralized with oil tank for thin oil lubrication, and the lubricating oil is L-CKC320 gear oil. The lubricating oil enters the sprocket shaft group through the hose of the oil tank, making it easier to add oil and extending the service life of the shaft group.
The sprocket shaft group is the driving part of the scraper chain, which is mainly composed of shaft, bearing, bearing seat, through cover, support sleeve, floating oil seal assembly, sprocket, positioning sleeve, etc. The sprocket shaft group is centralized with oil tank for thin oil lubrication, and the lubricating oil is L-CKC320 extreme pressure gear oil. The oil tank is fixed on the baffle at the reducer side. Two oil pipes are connected from the lower end, one is the oil inlet pipe (Y), the other is the exhaust pipe (Q) (note that the oil pipe end and the oil connection pipe are marked with Y and Q). The lubricating oil enters the sprocket shaft group from the end cover at the non reducer side through the oil pipe passing through the head frame. The upper end of the end cover is connected with the exhaust pipe, and the lower end joint is connected with the oil pipe.
The chain wheel is forged from alloy steel. In order to enhance its strength and extend its service life, quenching and tempering and surface hardening treatment are adopted. Generally, the tooth surface on one side is worn after being put into use It is recommended to change the installation direction of the sprocket about 3mm, and change its stressed tooth surface sprocket assembly, which is composed of bearing cover, bearing seat, sprocket shaft, floating seal ring, rolling bearing, screw plug (M12 × 1.25), etc. It is mainly used to install on the head frame to transmit power. The center distance between the two sprockets is 90mm, and the number of teeth is 7. The sprocket is made of alloy steel and integrally forged, and its tooth shape is processed by forming milling cutter. In order to enhance its strength and extend its service life, quenching and tempering and surface hardening treatment are adopted. Generally, after being put into use, when the tooth surface on one side is worn about 2mm, it is recommended to change the installation direction of the sprocket and change its stressed tooth surface to extend its service life.
There is a set of bearings at both ends of the sprocket assembly. The bearings are installed in the bearing seat. The bearing seat is embedded in the side plate of the head frame and the step hole on the outer end face of the sprocket. The bearing seat is fixed on the side plate of the head frame by bolts screwed in from the outside. The bearing on the side without driving device is protected by the bearing cover, and is passed through O-shaped seal ring and labyrinth groove are used to realize full sealing protection. The bearing cover also plays a role in pressing the outer ring of the bearing. During installation, the cover should be inserted into the side plate of the head frame. In addition to the labyrinth groove and O-ring on the bearing at the reducer side, oil seal and floating seal ring are assembled in pairs at the bearing side. The oil seal is installed on the floating seal ring, and the two floating seal rings are close to each other. The tight plane is hardened steel, and after grinding, they rotate relative to form a seal. Since the oil seal is tightly pressed on the floating seal ring, the contact pressure of the floating seal ring is uniform.
