Sprocket shaft group :

The sprocket shaft is assembled on the head frame of the head transmission part. The lubricating oil enters the sprocket shaft group through the hose of the oil tank, making it easier to add oil and extending the service life of the shaft group.

The bearing cover also plays a role in pressing the outer ring of the bearing. During installation, the cover should be inserted into the side plate of the head frame. In addition to the labyrinth groove and O-ring on the bearing at the reducer side, oil seal and floating seal ring are assembled in pairs at the bearing side. The oil seal is installed on the floating seal ring, and the two floating seal rings are close to each other. The tight plane is hardened steel, and after grinding, they rotate relative to form a seal. Since the oil seal is tightly pressed on the floating seal ring, the contact pressure of the floating seal ring is uniform.
