1. Rubber steel gasket

Kroll&Ziller's rubber steel flange gasket is used for safety sealing of flange connection in all fields of pipeline construction. Rubber steel gaskets are particularly recommended for applications requiring low surface pressure safety seals.

The rubber steel flange gasket has steel inserts vulcanized into elastic materials. During the curing process, a strong adhesion between the steel core and the rubber coating is achieved. Even when high Under stress, it cannot move, separate or burst.

2. G-ST-P/ISO electrical insulation material gasket

G-ST-P/ISO is our expert in anti-corrosion. When different flange materials are paired, such as steel flange and stainless steel flange, electrochemical corrosion may occur. In order to prevent the formation of galvanic cell elements, these materials must be electrically separated from each other.

G-ST-P/ISO shim pack is used here. This design corresponds to our G-ST-P/KN, but differs in material selection. Instead of steel or stainless steel, we use electrical insulating materials, such as PP/PE, UPGM 203 or EP GC 203, combined with the sealing lip made of our elastic system.

The shim pack also includes bolt insulation. It consists of an insulating hose consisting of a coated fiberglass hose (polyester film/vitrified) and an insulating gasket made of EP GC 203.

3. Metal sealing ring

In our product series of metal seals and metal seals, we have various designs of comb profile seals and ring joint seals. Metal pressure is manufactured with high precision, especially suitable for high Use under pressure and temperature.

They are often used in power plant construction, oil refineries, high-pressure valves and the chemical industry to ensure proper operational reliability.

4. Independent seal

When standardized seals are not suitable, open insert profile seals made of rubber and steel are the ideal solution. Thanks to innovative design principles, all possible diameters and geometries can be realized - completely customized to specific customer requirements.

The profile seal consists of an open insert with free dimensions and an internal rubber profile. The materials of inserts and rubber inserts can be freely selected from our material combinations. The frequently required inlay materials are, for example, various types of stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4571) and steel grades.

These gaskets are usually used in factory and ship construction, for static weak flange connection, non-standard flange connection, very large nominal diameter (>4000 mm diameter) and plastic and GRP flange connection.

5. G-ST Wedge Ring
The G-ST wedge ring is an assembly consisting of two housings and a rubber seal (also certified for drinking water), so that adjustments can be made during assembly to easily compensate for misalignment or excessive flange blade spacing. The G-ST wedge ring can be adjusted steplessly between 0 ° and 8 °, and the pipeline route can be adjusted without additional time-consuming welding work.

The ideal combination consists of a G-ST wedge ring and two G-ST seals.

6. PTFE gasket

Our PTFE gaskets are made of pure PTFE (Teflon) with perforated stainless steel inserts and are suitable for flanges of all materials. PTFE seals are preferably used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, which have high requirements for chemical resistance, so they are very suitable for sealing chemical corrosive media.

The temperature range is - 100 to 230 ° C. Stainless steel inserts ensure stability and blow resistance.

As a high-quality flat gasket material, PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) can withstand almost any medium and has extremely strong air tightness due to its sealing property and high-pressure temperature combination.
