iTrust Founded in 2009, Integrity and Public Welfare Alliance is a non-profit alliance voluntarily formed by enterprise customers engaged in Internet information services, e-commerce, education and training institutions, finance and insurance and traditional industries. Its core members include People's Daily Online, Alibaba Sina, Tencent Baidu, Sohu, Netease, Phoenix, Moutai, Youku, New Oriental, China Mobile, China Ping An, Vopay, Suning, Haier, Bank of Nanjing, Mengniu and other well-known domestic enterprises.

Chinese name is“ iTrust Integrity and Public Welfare Alliance ".
The English name is“ iTrust Integrity Public Welfare Alliance "at www.itrust.org.cn 。

Alliance purpose
The Alliance aims to "promote the construction of enterprise credibility brand and create a fair and credible business environment", promote the integrity and self-discipline of the Alliance members, and guide the Alliance members to play a leading role in integrity demonstration.
operating duty
1. Establish enterprise credit file , establish an honest image of the enterprise, Guide members to consciously implement the "Integrity and Self discipline Proposal", and timely dissuade dishonest members;
2. Establish an enterprise public opinion and online complaint platform, accept and convey consumer complaints against member enterprises, help enterprises deal with complaints in a timely and proper manner, and establish and maintain a good reputation;
3. Actively participate in the formulation of national standards and industrial standards organized by relevant departments and the preparation of the Annual Development Report of the Industry;
4. Provide enterprises with one-stop services for brand building (credit rating, customer satisfaction evaluation, official website/APP authentication and anti-counterfeiting, sincere ranking and brand promotion) and project bidding credit management;
5. Coordinate the relationship among members and promote cooperation among members.
