"The style of local heroes" and "the charm of Longjin" are matched and blended, becoming the unique characteristics and imprint of the local heroes in Changtai.

"Changtai has always had the legacy of 'seaside Zou Lu', and the custom of attaching importance to education and advocating civilization has never declined." In recent years, Changtai has made great efforts to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture, taking the Xiangxian Hall, Xiangxian Temple, Xiangxian Gallery, etc. as an important carrier for gathering the resources of Xiangxian, publicizing excellent Xiangxian, and carrying forward the culture of Xiangxian. It has also continued to promote the construction of the "Characteristic Hall of Rural Revitalization", and set up a special column of Xiangxian Culture in the exhibition hall.

According to Ye Xiaoqiu, director of the Party History and Local Chronicles Research Office of Changtai District Party Committee, Changtai has basically built a number of characteristic exhibition halls, such as Xihoucun Village Love Museum, Linxi Village Tibetan Forest Yingxi Memorial Hall, Wangting Village Zhu Yigui Memorial Hall, etc. At the same time, we encourage and support qualified and basic villages to start the editing of village chronicles. Mr. Tang Dengyu, born in Xinchun Village, Banli Township, Changtai District, traveled to Indonesia to make a living with his relatives when he was young. Twenty years later, he made great achievements in overseas business, donated money for his hometown and helped the poor. Since the 1960s, Mr. Tang Dengyu has donated more than 1 million yuan in money and goods to support education, health care, road construction, and so on, so as to give his hometown a pure love.

Many years later, Tang Changfu, the grandson of Mr. Tang Dengyu, took over the "baton" and set up the "Tang Dengyu Education Fund" in 1998. Over the past 25 years, more than 1200 people have been awarded teaching, scholarship, aid to needy students, a total of more than 460000 yuan, and more than 6000 people have been comforted to the elderly, a total of more than 360000 yuan.

As a key overseas Chinese village in Changtai, Xinchun Village has more than 2000 overseas Chinese compatriots abroad.
