Behind the steady improvement of the ecological environment quality over the years is Fujian's persistent green development determination, and also inseparable from the silent defense of the "iron army of environmental protection".

With the development of technology, illegal means continue to upgrade, the way is more hidden, and it is increasingly difficult to fix evidence and accurately verify. In the face of new challenges, we have to constantly hone our skills." Zhou Shuiyan, head of the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Section of the Provincial Ecological and Environmental Protection Comprehensive Law Enforcement Corps, said, The Corps has prepared and issued the Key Points for the Inspection of the Third Party Environmental Protection Service Agency's Fraudulent and Illegal Behaviors, with pictures and texts to guide the "fight against fraud"; Set up a professional data analysis team to regularly analyze and compare the data of pollution sources, mobile law enforcement, pollution discharge permits, etc., dig out the clues of problems through video monitoring, power consumption monitoring, etc., and report abnormalities as soon as possible, lock in illegal acts and fix core evidence.

According to statistics, 135 automatic monitoring cases will be investigated and handled in 2023, with a year-on-year increase of 66.7%; There were 111 cases of third party fraud, an increase of 362.5% year on year, ranking the third in the country. "By taking advantage of the opportunity of entering the enterprise, we improved the enterprise's awareness of abiding by the law through on-site explanation, distribution of publicity materials, targeted 'case interpretation', etc." Jiang Lianjia said that the problems found could be classified and handled, and the minor problems found for the first time could be established and rectified, and urged to be exempted from punishment according to law.
