• The customer service center provides 5 × 8 hour customer service hotline (0571 － 88368188) and online technical services, 7 × 24 hour emergency repair technical services (emergency repair contact number 15268530089, technical support 15268539800), and response services within 15 minutes after receiving the repair request;

• The customer service center will directly answer technical queries such as function operation; For the repair report, the customer shall be promised to complete the time (for the regular repair report submitted before 16:00 on the working day, it is generally completed on the same day); For major adjustments and changes, negotiate with customers on the completion time and complete on time as required.
