• The customer service center of Hangzhou Monterey Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Monterey) and its subsidiary Hangzhou Hanbo Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hanbo) jointly work and provide integrated website operation services.  

• The customer service center assigns exclusive customer managers to VIP customers to provide them with comprehensive and personalized customer service. The customer service center also has professional posts such as domain name administrator, website filing commissioner, website repair commissioner, website operation commissioner, network management commissioner, website security commissioner, customer care commissioner to provide professional website operation service support for customers.

• The customer service center provides 5 × 8 hour customer service hotline (0571 － 88368188) and online technical services, 7 × 24 hour emergency repair technical services, and website operation response services within 15 minutes after receiving the repair request;

• The customer service center provides fax (0571-88368088) and email support services（ service@mountor.cn ）Provide detailed operation documents for problems that customers can solve by themselves; Provide online self-service system for customers to submit repair requests;  

• The customer service center will directly answer technical queries such as function operation; For the repair report, the customer shall be promised to complete the time (for the regular repair report submitted before 16:00 on the working day, it is generally completed on the same day); For major adjustments and changes, negotiate with customers on the completion time and complete on time as required.  

• Working hours of customer service center: 9:00~11:3013:00~17:00, Monday~Friday.
