Job responsibilities: 1. Carry out and implement the daily sales work of the hotel according to the sales tasks and indicators assigned by the General Manager;
2. Assist the General Manager to formulate the hotel sales plan and customer maintenance plan and be responsible for their implementation;
3. Communicate with various sales channels and deal with various problems in cooperation in a timely manner;
4. Formulate the required agreement contract text according to the requirements of different agreement companies;
5. Fully responsible for the verification and collection of accounts receivable;
6. Fully master the hotel sales policies and systems, and implement them as required;
7. Communicate with the General Manager regularly, analyze the current operation of the hotel, and formulate new sales plans according to the analysis results;
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, working experience in hotel sales is preferred;
2. Have the reserve of hotel management knowledge;
3. Have the ability of market research and prediction, be able to grasp the market dynamics, and be able to make comprehensive analysis, and put forward corresponding measures and reasonable suggestions in a timely manner
