Job responsibilities: 1. Party A's receiving visa on site.
2. Be responsible for receiving and signing the labor team on site.
3. Prepare the quantities of labor teams and subcontractors according to the labor subcontracting contract.
4. Assist in the price verification of subcontracting site materials.
5. Prepare the target cost according to the subcontract.
6. Assist in the preparation of progress payment for progress works, and prepare monthly progress payment account;
7. Assist in establishing the receiving party and visa account, collect, report and track the signature and seal in a timely manner.
8. Collect and sort out economic data related to the project.
9. Periodic problem summary.
10. Complete other work assigned by the company.
11. Be stationed at the project site.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in engineering cost, engineering and other majors;
2. At least 3 years of budget work experience, with construction site work experience;
3. Those with budget officer work license are preferred;
4. Proficient in using relevant budget software, familiar with new materials
