Job responsibilities: 1. Complete the work plans and tasks issued by the project director and the maintenance foreman.
2. Be responsible for the daily maintenance and overhaul of doors, windows, walls, suspended ceilings, floors, steps and landscape facilities in public areas.
3. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of office furniture, doors and windows, walls, ceilings and floors.
4. Responsible for the construction management and implementation of small renovation projects and decoration projects.
5. Be responsible for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of roads, rainwater, sewage and drainage facilities.
6. Be responsible for the use, maintenance and overhaul of construction machinery and electric tools.
7. Be responsible for the safe use and storage of various inflammable and explosive materials. The use of flammable materials such as paint and alkene shall be provided with safety and fire prevention measures, and the work site shall be cleaned in time.
8. It is forbidden to smoke or use open flame at the work site.
9. Corresponding fire extinguishing equipment shall be provided at the working site of carpenters and oil workers and stored at fixed points.
