Post responsibilities 1、 Warehouse management:
1. Be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the warehouse network system: input and review of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products.
2. Be responsible for the inventory of the warehouse, including the inventory of auxiliary materials with daily quantity changes and monthly inventory, verify the inventory gains and losses, prepare the monthly inventory table, and be responsible for the relevant data of the warehouse.
3. Supervision and management of receipt, delivery, warehousing and semi-finished products in the production workshop.
2、 Fixed assets management
1. Be responsible for the establishment and updating of fixed assets accounts (including electronic accounts and paper documents).
2. Be responsible for handling the procedures of acceptance, requisition, allocation and scrapping of fixed assets.
3. Be responsible for reviewing the relevant vouchers of fixed asset purchase expenses and submitting the financial payment process.
4. Be responsible for the annual inventory of fixed assets, prepare the annual inventory table, and be responsible for the data related to fixed assets.
