Job responsibilities: a. Be responsible for the reception of vehicle maintenance users.
b. Explain the maintenance process to new users.
c. Accurately understand the user's maintenance needs and quality problems, and reach an agreement with the user.
d. Be responsible for the recording, transmission and processing of user calls, letters, etc.
e. Communicate the user's ideas and existing fault patterns to the maintenance technician, and coordinate the maintenance cycle.
f. Responsible for vehicle delivery and helping users settle accounts.
g. Establish and improve user files.
h. Other work arranged by the company.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Strong execution, good language expression and communication skills;
3. Have a certain understanding of automobile structure;
4. Proficient in using office software;
5. Have a driving license above C1.
