Job responsibilities:
Participate in the whole process of new product development APQP and PPAP, carry out feasibility analysis and quotation, prepare process and operation instructions, and design mold and tooling drawings; Responsible for sample development and continuous improvement of mass production products; Responsible for the maintenance and update of ERP technical documents.
1. Responsible for the feasibility analysis and quotation of new products, mapping external samples and converting drawings, and providing product drawings of purchased parts.
2. Responsible for formulating new product development plan, process flow, CP, FMEA, operation instructions and products test Procedures and other technical documents. Track samples and submit PPAP documents.
3. Responsible for the materials and main auxiliary materials required for the product purchase Prepare standards, and be responsible for adding and updating the material consumption of the REP system;
4. Be responsible for mold and tooling design, and establish mold list. Be responsible for the purchase of molds at the sample stage, track and verify them, and supervise their implementation;
5. Supervise and urge the implementation of process discipline, and check the implementation of process documents by each type of work process in the production process. Responsible for handling quality problems in the production process, and responsible for continuous improvement of product quality problems fed back by customers;
requirement:
1. More than 2 years of working experience, skilled in using OFFICE software, AUTOCAD, CAXA electronic plate software
2. Be familiar with the production process and quality characteristics of the company's products, and master the operation process and skills of relevant quality inspection
