Job description: 1. Responsible for the development of new products;
2. Be responsible for the docking and tracking of product technical problems;
3. Be responsible for the improvement of product packaging;
4. Develop new products, provide technical support implementation plans, and develop product identification, production transformation, technical specifications, etc;
5. Participate in the formulation of new product technology improvement project scheme and implement the scheme;
6. Be responsible for the technical connection of new product development projects, the formulation of development plans, and the preparation of implementation plans as required;
7. Prepare product operation instructions and inspection and test documents, and propose a list of new production and test equipment (tools).
8. Responsible for handling design problems in customer complaints.
Job requirements:
1. Familiar with the development and production of plastic parts;
2. Familiar with the manufacturing process of injection molded parts;
3. Able to solve process problems in product development;
4. Proficient in 3D software, with strong map reading ability;
