Job responsibilities: 1. Abide by the company's rules and regulations, and take the lead in doing their own work;
2. Actively participate in food hygiene knowledge and safety training;
3. Operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures to ensure that the food is hygienic and delicious;
4. Be responsible for providing daily menu and continuously introducing new dishes;
5. Provide daily appropriate purchase plan, and be responsible for daily purchase and cost accounting;
6. Be responsible for food storage, regular cleaning and maintenance of kitchenware;
7. Keep the kitchen, operation room and contracted area clean and cultivate good personal hygiene;
8. Use raw materials reasonably and save water, electricity and gas;
9. Set an example, be strict with yourself, have a strong sense of team, do not engage in specialization, and assist leaders in canteen management.
Job requirements:
1. Education background: high school or above;
2. At least 2 years working experience as a cook, canteen working experience is preferred;
3. Training experience: Have participated in professional training in cooking or
