1、 Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for handling customer complaints and making reports of new customer products;
2. Responsible for the arrangement of client rework and customer returned products;
3. Customer relationship maintenance;
4. Process audit and product audit;
5. Customer quality daily/weekly/monthly report preparation;
6. Customer audit correspondence;
7. Line review at new product stage;
8. SIP production for product inspection;
9. Quality project production;
10. Quality standard training, abnormal product judgment and meeting participation.
Job requirements:
1. About 1 year of quality work experience in the electronics industry, with experience in photoelectric industry preferred;
2. Must have some experience in external customer communication, customer service/overseas work experience is preferred;
3. Be proficient in 8D thinking, be able to flexibly use quality tools, minitab, SPC and other tools, and have a certain understanding of the quality system;
