1. Assist the head of quality assurance department to solve customer complaints; 2. Prepare quality control documents and issue them to relevant units after approval;
3. Be responsible for leading the review and disposal results of nonconforming products (qualified, scrapped, repaired and accepted under concession);
4. Be responsible for setting quality control points, control elements and control rules;
5. Be responsible for training and guiding QC and manufacturing department operators in quality technology and methods;
6. Be responsible for responding to the quality problems fed back by customers in the way of 8D, closing and updating the quality control documents in a timely manner;
7. Check and implement corrective and preventive measures;
8. As a member of the multi-functional team, perform the responsibilities defined in the multi-functional team;
9. Participate in and cooperate with the quality management system work and related training;
10. Be responsible for the management of process capability;
