Job responsibilities: 1. According to the control plan, product drawing and other data, develop the inspection standard, train and supervise the implementation of inspectors;
2. Maintenance and update of standard samples and templates;
3. Be responsible for receiving and handling customers' mail, phone calls and information transmitted by after-sales service personnel;
4. Submit relevant materials required by customers;
5. Timely check, track and handle the quality problems of customers and production sites in coordination with relevant departments;
6. Participate in the review of mold inspection tool scheme, inspection tool acceptance, implement product dimension measurement, system analysis and process capability analysis;
7. Organize or participate in the review and handling of nonconforming products.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with quality knowledge training, and more than three years of quality related work experience in the auto parts industry;
2. Strong product quality judgment ability, analysis ability and processing ability;
3. Familiar with quality management techniques, such as QC7
