Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for quality control of incoming materials, manufacturing and products;
2. Prepare and revise product quality assurance program and inspection operation specification, and supervise the implementation;
3. Supervise the product development process and organize product quality review;
4. Analyze and confirm product abnormalities, organize cause analysis, develop improvement measures, and track and verify effectiveness;
5. Cooperate with the Engineering Department to complete process improvement and quality inspection;
6. Collect and analyze internal and external quality data, and organize improvement;
7. Responsible for the implementation and verification of identification and traceability from incoming materials to products;
8. Be responsible for the training of inspection team members;
9. Be responsible for the evaluation of supplier's capability and performance;
10. Complete other work assigned by the superior;
